THE Solomon Islands National University (SINU) will stage its fourth graduation tomorrow at the Maranatha Hall in East Honiara.
The occasion will see around 1,700 students graduating from various courses.
Professor Basil Shelton Marasinghe acting Vice Chancellor of SINU confirmed that around 1,700 students will be graduating.
It was four years ago when the former Solomon Islands college of Higher Education (SICHE) was transformed into a University (SINU).
Students will receive their various qualifications ranging from certificates, Diplomas and Degrees.
Governor General His Excellency Sir Frank Kabui will be the Guest of Honour.
The program will start at 7.30am.
During the University 3rd graduation last year, a total of 1541 students received their various qualifications with the School of Education and Humanities (SOEH) topping the list with around 675, followed by School of Business and Management (SOBM) with over 300 graduates.
Tomorrow’s ceremony will mark another milestone achievement in the university’s calendar after its transition to a University.
